Invisalign provides a more comfortable and convenient alternative to traditional braces. It uses a system of clear plastic aligner trays to straighten your teeth instead of metal brackets and wires. The smooth plastic aligners provide a greater level of comfort since there is no metal that may poke or rub against the inside of your lips and cheeks.
Invisalign aligners are also removable so you don't have to make any changes to your oral care routine or avoid certain foods like you would if you had traditional metal braces. Simply take the aligners out when you need to brush or eat!

Dr. Amit Jethva DDS was born in Chicago and moved to Houston when he was three years old. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2001. He moved to Pearland shortly after graduating dental school and opened Cosmetic and Family Dentistry in October of 2003.
Dr. Jethva takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to better serve the dental needs of his patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
